Refund Policy

1. OTP Sessions

For per-use OTP sessions, you are only charged if a code is successfully delivered.

If you cancel the session before a code arrives, or if the session times out without a code being received, the funds are automatically refunded to your account balance instantly. No action is required on your part.


2. Number & Proxy Rentals

For long-term rentals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), all sales are generally final once the physical SIM or proxy is provisioned and active on your dashboard.

However, we will issue a full or prorated refund to your account balance or original payment method under the following specific conditions:

The provisioned number or proxy is entirely non-functional upon delivery.
A technical failure on our platform prevents you from using an active rental for an extended period.

3. Account Bans

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, illegal activities, spam), you forfeit any remaining account balance and active rentals. No refunds will be issued in these cases.


4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue occurring.

  • Include your account email address.
  • Include the specific rental ID or transaction ID.
  • Provide a brief description of the technical failure.
