1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using FarmingAPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly responsible for any actions taken through your account or hardware assigned to you.
You must absolutely not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use our rented physical devices or proxy IPs for fraudulent activities, spam, or harassment.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Because we deploy physical hardware (modems, SIM cards, Raspberry Pis) on your behalf, our services are billed on a subscription or strictly prepaid basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule depending on your chosen plan. Failed payments will result in automated suspension of hardware.
4. Limitations of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we guarantee high uptime for our data centers, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, as physical SIM cards are subject to carrier networking limits.
In no event shall FarmingAPI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the Service.
