1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using kartesim, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly responsible for any actions taken through your account and the numbers assigned to you.
You must absolutely not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use our numbers or SMS codes for fraud, spam or harassment.
We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
3. Payments
The service is prepaid: you add funds to your wallet first, and each number or code is paid from that balance. If no code arrives, the price goes back to your wallet automatically.
4. Limitations of Liability
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we guarantee high uptime for our data centers, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, as physical SIM cards are subject to carrier networking limits.
In no event shall kartesim, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the Service.
